Marbl Delphi is built by Marbl Codes, a small AI-powered creative agency in Wellingborough, UK. The founder, Richard Bland, has 27+ years of web development experience. Marbl Codes is the trading brand of MEM Digital Ltd.

The "Precogs" name is the internal label for the three judges (Minority Report reference). The "Marbl Delphi" name is the external product, after the ancient Greek oracle at Delphi where people travelled to consult the Pythia for wisdom on decisions that mattered.
